Welcome to my media appearance page. I hope to engage an audience that extends beyond the discipline of Anthropology encouraging public discussion around the issues I study. I hope to contribute to a Public Anthropology that would engage and encourage the participation of the broader public. In this manner, I strive to make my work accessible to the larger public in TV, Print and Online media. I have been asked to share my expertise about the history of foodstuffs, the fifth taste of umami and unusual Japanese food practices.

You made some decent points there. I regarded on the internet for the difficulty and found most individuals will go along with with your website.
This work has an almost meditative quality to it. Each sentence feels carefully considered, yet they flow so naturally that it feels effortless. The insights you’ve shared seem to carry the weight of experience, and there’s a gentleness to the way you present them, as though you are offering the reader a piece of wisdom that you’ve carefully cultivated over time.
